How To Register Program Information Policies
TO REGISTER: Click on Camp Week below, click Description. Select either 1 Child or 1 Child + Sibling. Selection is put in Shopping Cart. Click that icon on top of page. Complete details, submit payment to confirm. To register for more than one week, repeat process for each week.
If you prefer to pay by Venmo, email the completed Registration Form attached to maggiestandley@gmail.com. I will respond with that information. Your spot is guaranteed once payment is received.
SAFETY-HEALTH-WELLNESS: If your child is sick, please keep them home for the benefit of all. Wingspan understands the value of participants feeling safe, being seen and staying healthy. If there is any issue, we will contact you immediately.
CAMP HOURS: 9 am-3 pm Drop Off/Pick Up outside. There is no aftercare.
COST: $415/week per child. Each sibling after first child is $375. Seeking a Daily Option? Please reach out, to see if there is availability. The daily rate is $100/day per child and sibling.
SCHOLARSHIPS: Wingspan strives to make our programs inclusive and thanks to generous supporters, we provide available equity funds each summer via our Spread Your Wings program. To apply, contact us for an application. To date we have proudly provided over 260 spots through the contributions of friends of Wingspan and the BCA Community Grant Program. VOLUNTEERS: Wingspan welcomes adults and teenagers as volunteers to help with programs and gain enriching experience, make art and have fun! To inquire, reach out!
NEUROINCLUSIVE PROGRAMMING: Our programs are neuroinclusive and we provide options so each participant can feel comfortable. Please reach out to discuss your child’s learning style and strengths if they are neurodivergent. If they have a 1:1 support person in school, they are welcome to join them in camp!
AGES: Please see the age group listed by each week. Your child(ren) should be going into that grade next year. If you see a week of interest outside the age group given, please reach out to explore if it would work.
REFUNDS: Due to planning, our small operation, staff hired there are no refunds. However, you may apply your camp fee to another program or to the purchase of a painting, if you notify us by email at least 2 weeks prior to the start date. You may also transfer it to a friend. They would need to fill out a Registration Form, so please alert us by email, if this is the case. If your child is sick, unfortunately, a partial week cannot be refunded, as we have reserved that spot for them. Merci. Thank you!

In this unique camp, artists/explorers dive into the wonders of water! Through the eyes of diverse artists, we explore the inspiration and value water has had over centuries to all creatures. Create watercolors in plein air, experiment with fluid drawing techniques and embark on science experiments. We’ll create large-scale world maps with worlds you envision for the future! Learning about artists such as Jean Claude and Christo, Andy Goldsworthy and more, this splashy camp is sure to be great start to summer!
